'90 mystery cartoons stylized road scene

I wanted to make something modern but with some vibes of '90 cartoons. Scooby Doo, Crypte Show - very "sweet" style, with a lot of sweets and kids treats and soo scary and mysterious. Made from the beginning in Blender, rendered with evee. I must admit that I really like what you can achieve with evee when you want to play with strong and hard shadows. Design is clear and simple but I believe it also has a little action and noticible story in it.
